Confidentiality

The decluttering and organisation process needs trust to work effectively. All Organised commits to complete confidentiality. It is our job to help you and not judge you. We do refer to client situations in general terms. It is often very helpful to discuss examples in context of other jobs and for our clients to know they are not alone in their situation. However any discussion is always depersonalised and our clients remain unidentifiable. We shall only reproduce testimonials and photographs with your written permission.

All advice and suggestions are given in good faith and it is your decision whether or not to accept and act on any advice given.

All Organised accepts no responsibility for those actions and the consequence that they may have. You, as our client, ultimately make every decision about what to keep or discard.

We shall not force you to discard items that are of importance to you. Our role is to facilitate the organisational process.

We shall do our best to ensure that any supplier or person (such as decorator, handyman or other workman or service) we recommend is suitably qualified and competent for the job. However, we will not be liable if their performances fall below an acceptable standard, nor for any loss or damage caused by any such supplier or skilled person. These charges will be payable by you.

Handling goods

We will take the greatest of care with your possessions but accidents can occur. All Organised will not be held liable for any damage to property or persons that occurs as a result of our work.

Whilst every effort and assistance will be given to help you dispose of your unwanted things, we are not able to move or dispose of large, heavy items. We will however be happy to arrange local resources to dispose of these items, and can include this service within your quotation should it be required.

All Organised will bag/box up all items decluttered at your property. We will not remove these items but are happy to advise on disposal or include a removal within your quotation. Please ask. Please note - Upon authorised removal of a client's possessions, such possessions cease to be client's property and All Organised has the right to dispose of said items in a charitable and environmentally friendly way.

All Organised are insured by Westminster Indemnity Ltd. A condition of our insurance is our clients accept full responsibility for items disposed of during the process. Signature of this document states your agreement.
